Update: Mon 4 Aug 2003
It might seem like we haven't been doing anything for a month. We have but nothing that was picture worthy. This past weekend I got the shower stall installed in the new bathroom. With a little bit of caulk we could use it. I put the other fixtures in to see what the bathroom will look like.

When I put a shower in the first floor bathroom I put a historical marker behind the surround wall. I did the same thing with this shower.

Update: Mon 10 Aug 2003
We made great progress on the bathroom this week. I chalked the shower and used it. I finished the last wall. Then I moved onto the floor. I put down some thin plywood as an underlayment for the vinyl flooring. I glued down the flooring and rolled it out. Then I installed the toilet. We spent our first night with a toilet on the same floor as our bedroom.

We painted the bathroom and stairway over the weekend. It is difficult to get a good picture of the bathroom because it is so small. But here they are.
